Battle Tourney (Cancelled Until Further Notice)

I have cancelled this project. I underestimated the work needed to start this up and preemptively started taking applications. It will re-open once everything is settled and all who have already send in apps will be noted to its re-opening. You can claim a spot still but I have no idea when I'll start it.

Starting sometime in the month of December 2012, I, along with ScyllaTheKelpie, will be hosting a battle tourney. Anypony can enter as long as they fill out the form in some way. The battle will be drawn by me and the background as well as the colors by rko509.

The method by which the winners of each battle are chosen are as followed:

Best 2 out of 3 Points
1) By Popular Vote on the image. How your OC looks in each pic will be determined by you. The image will be almost like a Request Vs Request. Which of you has the best idea for a battle attack? I will draw the image. Each person will tell me what they want their OC to look like and I draw it based on that, Then the people vote on which would win from what it looks
2) By Judging. Each of the contests will tell us how they expect to win the battle. These will be judged and scored based on how believable and detailed they are.
3) By Computer Simulation. Based on your stats, a program will run 10 times and predict the OC most likely to win. Then it will simulate 1 battle for the keeps. The winner of the simulation wins this point.
