Doesn't work as a cursor in .png format (default download type for this image). There are apparently programs that will change it for you, but I don't have time to try it out right now. For the (loading...) cursor, may I recommend a tumbling muffin?

I just tested it. Hit the "Download File" in the top right for the .cur file. I think you downloaded the thumbnail
